Okay - so we all know that none of us actually stick to what we write down on that nostalgic list every late December/early January. None of us actually vacuum the house every week. And none of us actually go the gym everyday.
But then there are the people who are able to vacuum every weekend and go to the gym everyday, while still having time to eat healthy and avoid the fast food empire. How do they do it and not get stressed? Even I can't answer that question.
However, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Some people are just like that. They can accomplish a million and one things and not freak out. That is just how they work best. To be stress free this year, figure out how you work best.
If you are the type to procrastinate, don't simply write "stop procrastinating" on your resolution. Instead, set goals for yourself; channel your inner self-integrity.
Feel free to add suggestions for other problems you may want to solve.
Good luck, and a happy new year!
