After a year filled with sold out events, over $50,000 worth of street wear give aways and a bunch of crazy shenanigans… Simply Bread Series 6 (The Finale) is set to make a name for some of the worlds freshest street brands.
The final showdown hits Melbourne on 5th December ’09. SB6 sees some of the globes best street wear innovators, sneakers heads, fashion addicts, street artists, designers, hip hop enthusiasts and dancers coming together as one to celebrate their love and passion for the street culture.
Did someone say FREE DONUTS? Yes! It’s true Fat Kids will supply every entrant a free homemade donut upon entry (does anything else really matter? Really?). Santa Clause (yes he is coming, despite contrary beliefs) will be giving away $15,000 worth of rare street wear! Thanks Santa! To complement all this amazing goodness SB6 will feature live tattooing, sneaker customization by Sekure D & painting by Maxcat (SYD).
What would Simply Bread be without our famous bi-monthly Sneaker & T-shirt battle (Australia’s biggest streetwear comp)! SB6 is set to smack the stakes by doubling the prize pack from $2,000 to $4,000 ($2,000 per winner). The pack will feature Clothing, sneakers and other awesome junk provided by 10Deep, Afends, Akomplice, Armourdillo, Coal, Deuce, Estevan Oriol, Flud, Madman Entertainment, Orisue, Scribe Outlined, Skull Candy, Spy, Supra, Starter, Sneaker Freaker, T-world, Upper Playground, Undrcrwn, Xlarge and Zebra.
Music at Simply Bread 6 will be provided by DJs B.Two (2007/08 DMC Champion), Perplex (3x DMC Champion), Mu-Gen, and 25th Hoodlum.
