happiness is only a state of mind really. without moving, or obtaining anything tangible, u can be happy if u really want to. i think a lot of the time people mistake accomplishments for happiness.
for example:
-guy goes to a club.
-he sees 2 women in particular that catches his eye
-the first girl is with her friends laughing her ass off and just having a good time
-the second girl is sitting at the bar talking to 2 men, 1 on each side of her, flirting
-the first girl isn't physically attractive to him, so he doesn't see a reason to go see her(no challenge)
-he looks at the 2nd girl and sees competition, but he's up for a challenge(kind of reinforcing the idea to go after the hawt one)
-he goes over there and smoothly removes the other 2 gentlemen(amateurs) with ease.
-after a long night of sexual tension, they finally arrive at her apartment
-they make ham and cheese sandwiches that night and the next morning he feels rejuvinated and "happy"
-now that he's accomplished his goal he can go on with his week, and do it all over again.
if u've ever heard the expression, "when you find true happiness, you stop looking for things to make you happy", then you know what im talking about in this one. so the guy had accomplished something and felt content, but im sure he wants more subconciously, which maybe girl number 1 could have offered him if he had took more than a split second to decide which girl to seduce. my main point is, eventually ur gunna get tired of one night stands or accomplishing something in place of the real thing or true happiness. if u don't want that yet then i hope u will one day.
