I think it's a turn on when guys are just themselves when first approach. Don't try so hard, just be yourself. You'll have a better chance

*Stagger over with a drink in your hand*

You: (Pretend to be drunk) Do you... like guys better when... they're drunk... or sober???

Them: Uh... sober.

You: (Straighten up and say in a regular voice) Thank goodness, I was afraid I'd have to stumble around acting like an idiot all night just to talk to people. So what's up.

Always an irresisitble conversational starters for women.

Try it.

Haha just make sure the women doesn't try to start an argument. She might try to call you out on harrassment :O

That's pretty played out, really, thanks to the pickup artist show on VH1. At least around the parts I frequent it is.
